Rex is the Partner of CityLinkers Group ('CityLinkers'). CityLinkers provides a wide range of services including accounting, tax, assurance, corporate compliance and advisory services to both private and listed companies in Hong Kong.

Rex is an experienced practising CPA and a fellow member of the HKICPA specialized in accounting, tax and assurance engagements. He has served over 1,000 clients from a variety of industries, including real estate, asset management, healthcare, professional and public services, e-commerce, fintech and start-up sectors since his practice from 2008.

Working closely with industry leaders and clients across sectors, Rex is a solution focused professional accountant who is passionate about introducing the best-of-breed and innovative strategies to his clients where appropriate. CityLinkers launched the smart cloud accounting solutions, Cloude, in 2018 with an aim to reduce enterprises' strain of managing everyday finances and provide them with an innovative framework to grow and flourish.

Prior to CityLinkers, Rex was with Pricewaterhouse Coopers providing professional assurance services to clients mainly from blue-chip listed real estate companies and REITs in Hong Kong, MNCs with headquarters in US, UK, France, Switzerland, Finland, Holland, Japan, Singapore, etc as well as reputable non-profit making organizations, educational institutions and family offices in Hong Kong.

Xero founded in 2006 in New Zealand, an AUX listed company offering cloud accounting solutions for SMEs and their advisors . Charlie was instrumental in the opening Xero office in Hong Kong in 2018. She provides consultation to the accounting and bookkeeping practices in Asia in implementing and leveraging cloud technology to work in real time with SME businesses in Hong Kong on accounting matters as well as to widen the ecosystem of direct bank and application software connections to Xero.

Mr. Gary Cheng is currently heading the Global Destination Marketing Team at KLOOK. His mission is to drive partnership with various destination marketing organizations (DMOs) to continuously develop and marketing different destinations to the global traveller community. He has vast experience in tourism and marketing. Before KLOOK, he was the lead ofDestination Marketing (North Asia, Southeast Asia, and Micronesia) at TripAdvisor, helping numerous DMOs with their digital transformation as well as digital marketing effort. He also worked at Hong Kong Tourism Board before where he established the marketing partnership team. Before finding his passion in the tourism industry, Gary had been a marketer by training. He used to work in top marketers including Procter & Gamble and British American Tobacco where he has built a number of successful brands as well as a solid foundation in marketing skills.

Basil is also the Managing Director of Hauzen Services Limited, a corporate services provider, an Executive Director of Kubes Liberal Limited, a property developer, and a Vice-Chairperson of The Singapore Chamber of Commerce (Hong Kong).

Basil was formerly a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and the founding and managing partner of Dechert LLP in Hong Kong.
