Harry is a versatile corporate leader in Asia, with a career spanning senior positions in
consumer productsmarketing, entertainment, media, and private equity.Overthe past 25
years, as chief executive officer, investor, and TV producer, Harry has signed some of
the most prominent Asian Artists, written and produced multiple number one rated
TV shows and invested in multiple technology unicorns.


Harry is the founder and managing partner of ClearVue Partners (cvpcap.com).
Formed in Shanghai in 2011, CVP is a private equity firm investing in China and
Asia's consumption, technology, AI, Robotics and blockchain focused investments.
In 2022, CVP launched CVP Nolimit holdings (nolimitholdings.xyz) to invest in
global digital assets and blockchain.

Previously, Harry served as the chief marketing officer and head of Pepsico Investment
(China) limited for PepsiCo's China Beverages division from 2007 to 2011. Before
PepsiCo, Harry spent five years as president of Universal Music Asia. From 1998 to
2002, Harry was head of North Asia at MTV Networks Asia.

He has been a popular speaker at numerous global conferences. Harry received an
M.B.A. from USC and BA from SUNY Albany.

Gin Chao is the Founding Partner of No Limit Holdings, a venture capital firm that invests in digital assets across pre-seed, seed, and strategic rounds through CVP NoLimit Fund I and CVP NoLimit Fund II. He has also served as an independent board member of Binance.US since 2021. Prior to launching No Limit Holdings in 2022, Gin was the Strategy Officer at Binance, where he led Binance Labs, Binance Launchpad, Binance X, and M&A activity. Prior to joining Binance in 2018, he spent 10 years leading new partnerships, investments and initiatives for US MNCs in Asia as Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at NBA China and Corporate Development Director at Dell Asia-Pacific. He began his career in Washington, DC as a management consultant at Price Waterhouse before moving to San Francisco in 1999 as an investment banker in the Internet sector at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown where he closed over $2 billion in private placements, IPOs, and M&A transactions. He then led acquisitions at private equity firm Sovereign Investment Company before moving to Asia in 2009. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
